Paige Sutherland

veterinary assistant

Paige grew up traveling the country with her family for her dad's job. She was born in North Carolina, moved to Alaska, Arizona and has made it full circle back to her roots in North Carolina. She worked as a barn manager at an A circuit hunter/jumper facility in Greenville, NC before joining the Hunt Country Equine team in September of 2021. She was born into a "horsey" family and has ridden her entire life, competing in hunter/jumpers and equitation as well as dabbling in western disciplines. She grew up riding in pony club and 4H, where she was an active leader in both organizations. She owns a pony named Sophie that she is bringing along to be a pony hunter and a rescue catahoula mix named Lain. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, reading, riding her pony, enjoying the outdoors and watching movies.
