Dr. Buchanan is passionate about helping horses feel their best with the use of chiropractic and acupuncture therapy. her chiropractic exams are composed of a thorough physical exam, evaluating the horse's movement, soundness and mechanics as well as posture and mobility. adjustments are then made to spinal segments that are not moving properly, restoring  mobility and proper nerve function. every chiropractic treatment is personalized to your horse's needs and may include acupuncture, which can help supplement the benefits of chiropractic adjustments.

acupuncture can be a powerful tool to improve healing within the body, help control pain, and calm the mind. acupuncture can be used as preventative treatment to help your horse feel it's best, or as part of a intregrated approach to lameness or other medical conditions such as EPM, nerve damage, sarcoid treatment, heaves, headshakers, allergies, arthritis, etc.
